How to Apply for High School
- Download an application (pdf) or
- Call 408-271-1730 x 221 to have an application mailed to you
You must submit the completed high school application by April 30th. If we receive your application after April 30th, we will place it in the lottery in the order it was received.
The lottery will be held on April 1st. If we receive more applications than spaces available, siblings and students from San Jose Unified School District will be given preference.

- Call 408-942-7000 to have an application mailed to you
